Bioshock H.U.D. - On-The-Fly Plasmid Equip
This is the Plasmid Equip Menu you see when picking up a plasmid for the
first time in the PC version of Bioshock.
This was one of the last HUD elements added to the game, and had streaming movie support we didn't have in the rest of the game.
